Rolling Selection System
|
The ExactSeek 'Rolling Selection' System gives every listing the same chance of
appearing in the Featured Listing section of the ExactSeek search results for the selected Keyword or Keyword
Phrase.
By randomly selecting the Featured Listing that gets the top placement every time that keyword is searched,
we create an even playing field for all Featured Listings that have selected that keyword. Since we limit the
number of listings per keyword or keyword phrase to 30, your listing should appear a minimum of one out of every
three searches for that keyword.
And, if there are ten or less Featured Listings for a keyword or keyword phrase, then your listing
will be displayed every time that keyword is searched.

Selecting Your Keyword
|
The selection of your Keyword or Keyword Phrase is perhaps the most important part of your
ExactSeek Featured Listing. For best results you should select a Keyword that is related
to your product or service. Here are some other important keyword tips:
1. Keywords and keyword phrases are not case sensitive so a search for 'Clip Art'
is the same as 'clip art'. However, pluralized words such as 'webmaster' and 'webmasters'
are treated as different key words.
2. Your Featured Listing Ad Box will only appear in ExactSeek's search
results if searchers perform an exact search of your selected keyword or keyword
phrase. For example, if you purchase the phrase "cheap web hosting", it will be found if
that exact phrase is searched, but not if "web hosting" is searched.
3. Do NOT place commas or other punctuation between your selected keywords.
Acceptable: "Online card games"
Not acceptable: "online, card, games"
4. You can use the tool at Keyword Discovery.com to find the most popular keyword phrases including current search trends.

Terms and Conditions
|
Description of Service - An ExactSeek Featured Listing is a fee-based service
provided by ExactSeek to consider your site for inclusion into the ExactSeek Featured Listing Section under a
specific Keyword or Keyword Phrase for a period of 3 or 12 months with automatic renewal. Inclusion in the Featured Listing Section is not
guaranteed and is subject to the Site Criteria rules.
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - The fee for consideration of a Featured Listings
is Non-Refundable and Does NOT Guarantee That Your Site Will Be Included.
Listing Cancellation - Cancellation of recurring billing must be made at least 5 business days before your next payment is due, or your listing will be renewed and expire at the end of the next billing period.
Limited Listings - The number of Featured Listings allowed for any given Keyword
or Keyword Phrase is limited and therefore the selection of a particular Keyword or Keyword Phrase may not be
available. Your fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if the Keyword or Keyword Phrase you selected is not available,
however you may select a different one.
Site Criteria - ExactSeek will reject any submission, and your fee for consideration
WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, for any websites that are determined by ExactSeek to include content, services or
products that are:
- Pornographic or containing Adult Content;
- Inflammatory, Offensive or Promoting Hate Literature;
- Illegal or in violation of another person's, or company's, rights or trademarks
Listing Removal - ExactSeek also reserves the right to remove, or edit the Title
and/or Description of any Featured Listing, for any reason, including but not limited to the above Site Criteria.
Acceptance of Service Agreement - By applying for an ExactSeek Featured Listing
you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out in the
Service Agreement.

Featured Listing Components
|
The Key Elements of a Featured Listing are as follows:
Title
The title you want for your site.
It must be no more than 30 characters including spaces.
Description
A concise description of your product or service.
It must be no more than 100 characters including spaces.
URL
The URL of the webpage that you want visitors to go to when they click on your featured listing.
Keyword/Keyword Phrase
This is the Keyword or Keyword Phrase under which you want your
Featured Listing to be displayed.
